It’s great to have you here. By using BizCardSG, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and the other policies that we link to here and on the Platform.
Please read these Terms carefully and reach out if you have any questions. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use BizCardSG.
BizCardSG is a content sharing platform designed to connect creators with their audiences by sharing their most recent and relevant content. Our focus is on simplicity, and we have condensed our terms and conditions into an easily understandable format. Here are the key points:
- Acceptance of Terms: By using BizCardSG, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined here, as well as any additional policies linked on the platform. When referring to “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean FunnelsRocks Pte Ltd (BizCardSG) and our affiliated companies.

- Account Usage Restrictions: You are prohibited from assigning or transferring your account to others. Additionally, you must not use your account in a way that, in our reasonable opinion, causes harm to BizCardSG, damages our reputation, or infringes upon the rights of others or applicable laws and regulations.
- Username Guidelines: Your chosen username must be appropriate for all users and should not infringe upon the rights of others. Offensive, vulgar, obscene, or misleading usernames are not allowed. Creating an account with a username unrelated to you solely for future profit (“Domain Squatting“) is also prohibited.
- Username Reassignment: In certain circumstances, we may require you to change your username, such as if it violates the guidelines mentioned above. If you refuse to change it, we may suspend or cancel your account. If someone claims that your username infringes their intellectual property rights, they will need to complete an Intellectual Property report, and you will have the opportunity to issue a Counter Notice.
- Username Reclamation: If your account has been inactive for six months, meaning no sign-ins, new links, or traffic, we may reclaim or reassign your username. However, we will contact you beforehand to ensure you are aware of the situation.
These are the key points regarding account creation, usage, and username guidelines on BizCardSG. It’s important to familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions to have a comprehensive understanding of your rights and responsibilities as a user of the platform.
