Refund Policy

At BizCardSG, we strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refund requests.

  1. Printed NFC Business Cards: Due to the nature of our business, once the NFC business card is printed, we cannot offer refunds for the card itself. As the printing process incurs costs, we are unable to refund the customer for the printed NFC business card.
  2. Digital Card Subscription: If a customer has subscribed to our digital card service and is not satisfied with the product, we offer a refund within 7 days of the subscription purchase date. However, please note that any transactional fees, such as Stripe fees or other bank fees, incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Bundled Product (NFC Card + Digital Card): For customers who have purchased our bundled product, which includes both the NFC business card and the digital card, refunds will only be provided for the digital card component. As mentioned earlier, the printed NFC business card cannot be refunded due to the printing costs involved.
  4. Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund for the digital card subscription, customers must follow these steps:
    a. Contact our customer support team ([email protected]) within 7 days of the subscription purchase date.
    b. Provide the necessary information, including the order details and reason for the refund request.
    c. Our customer support team will review the request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
    d. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus any transactional fees incurred.

Please note that refunds are solely at the discretion of BizCardSG, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.

It is important for customers to carefully review their order details and ensure that they are satisfied with the product specifications before placing an order.
